Welcome to Day 19 Queen Care
21 Day Skincare Regimen!
Continuing the Basics
• Cleansing — Washing your face.
• Toning — Balancing the skin.
• Moisturizing — Hydrating and softening the skin.
At its core, cleansing is a simple ritual: twice daily, dampen hands or face, apply cleanser, rinse off. Supplementing this morning and evening routine, we advocate for once or twice weekly deep cleansing in the form of exfoliation or a masque. A gentle but disciplined approach to cleansing helps purify the skin and maintain balance.
**Let's discuss removing make-up***
D O U B L E C L E A N S E!
Ya’ll, a double cleanse is the nicest way to wash your face and is as effective at removing makeup as a makeup wipe. Double cleansing is the method of using an oil cleanser first to break down makeup and get things movin’, and then following up with a traditional cleanser.
Wipes or pads do not work as a cleanser!
Double cleansing is infinitely more gentle. Using a cleansing oil rather than a makeup remover or a makeup wipe has multiple benefits. It won't over exfoliate your skin. Makeup wipes can cause micro-tears in your skin that can advance the aging process.
Here are some alternatives:

Remember! Beauty routines are an opportunity to notice changes within yourself
As your skin needs shifts with age, so will your products. It’s not about creating perfection.
